The difference between “Moments” and “Rosewood” is “Moments” handles all food and catering while “Rosewood” handles the entire Inn that includes rooms, dinning room, gardens and everything else needed for a fantastic event. The Rosewood Country Inn is the perfect destination wedding location. With carefully manicured grounds with a gazebo and waterfall on the pond, to a dining room that seats 60 and a bar (and dining room has a fireplace), we are sure you will be delighted. We just refurbished our kitchen and brought up to a commercial kitchen as well as hired our own Special Events Chef dedicated only to your event. To add to the amazement, we have two antique cars available for delivery of the bride as well as photo props. Imagine your wedding pictures next to a 1929 Model A or a 1966 Mustang. We lovingly refer to them as Bonnie and Clyde. This has the makings of a magical moment. Booking the Rosewood gives you the entire Inn at your disposal and our complete attention will be with the bride. The Rosewood also has our own in-house Events Coordinator to help you organize your memorable day.

We understand each wedding is unique. Our wedding packages are tailored to your desires and because of this, we do not offer cookie cutter weddings. If you are contacting us for pricing, please have the following in mind and let us know as much detail as possible:

  • For a destination wedding, we require you book the entire inn, 2 night minimum. This is done to minimize travelers crashing into your big day and to allow a more relaxed setup prior to your wedding as well as our complete attention.
  • Number of guests you’ll be inviting.
  • Do you require the bar? If so, would you need a cash bar or will you be picking up the bill? Please be aware we have a fully licensed bar and therefore we cannot accept outside drinks brought in by guests according to NH laws.
  • Are you interested on an inside wedding in our dining room or outside by the gazebo and pond/waterfall?
  • As we have our own catering kitchen and a chef, we do not allow outside food except for desserts and a wedding cake. Have you thought of a catering budget our chef can work from? Do you have any ideas of the type of food you want? If you do not have any ideas, it will be fine, our chef can give you ideas.

  • Do you have photographers, florists, etc or will you need help finding some? We have some we work with and can recommend for your review but you are free to use those you prefer.

  • Would you be interested on hiring our classic cars? They are available for photo props including a trip to one of our covered bridges for wonderful wedding memories.
  • Will you be interested in having a rehearsal dinner the night before?

Showers, tea parties and intimate weddings

Of a more intimate nature, we have room for showers, parties and petite weddings. You may book the entire inn for a completely private affair, a smaller number of rooms or no rooms at all. We start semi-private events earlier at 1:00 pm, lasting up to 4 hours so other staying guests can enjoy peace and quiet later in the day.

If you need catering, we now have a Special Events Chef ready to help and make food suggestions. You will be responsible for any decorations, photographers and special requests. Our gardens, gazebo, cars, dining room and bar are all available for rent. Let us help you organize your gathering.

Business Gatherings

When you need an out of office location to keep your employees focused on the event, we can offer a location for you. Our dining room can host 60 people and we have great business week discounts. Ideal for any type of corporate events: team building, training, retreats, parties, Christmas gatherings, product launches or demonstrations.
